the quality of its products. If you receive a product that is faulty, please do
not hesitate to email us at info@ethnic-connection.co.nz to arrange free delivery
and replacement or refund. Refund

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchased
item(s), simply return it to us in orginal condition within 30 days of receipt
and we will refund your payment less postage immediately, or replace. Security

or handing your credit card over the counter in a store. Ethnic
Connection only receives your purchase and personal details but not your credit
card details. Your credit card details are received and processed independently
by Direct Payment System Limited and appropriate bank(s). Ethnic Connection will
be advised by Direct Payment System Limited and the appropriate bank(s) that your
payment has been made and for ethnic Connection to proceed in sending your purchased
item(s). Your credit card and personal details are
kept secure in transit on the internet through the use of encryption with SSL
protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Ethnic Connection uses, through Direct Payement

unauthorized use of your credit card, please note that all purchases must be made
in the name of the card holder only. Purchased items being couriered require signature
delivery. Subsequently the courier address provided will need to have someone
available throughout the day. Alternatively, the courier will leave a card with
a number for you to call them to make other arrangements. Accuracy
