Meaning of Title & Interpretation:
This artwork is called “ Inspiration”. The different colours and varying shades adopted in this artwork attempts to capture the multi-colours and speckle effect of the massive tropical turtle shell.

A sea turtle hatchling emerges from its nest to fight for survival. It needs all of its strength to reach the waves where its life will begin at sea.

It needs to avoid being eaten by predators. It also needs to survive many of man’s destructive traps. For a turtle to live to adulthood and to repeat the cycle of life, it needs all of its inner and physical strength, inherited wisdom, and tenacity.

Like the turtle, may you find inspiration and courage to complete your journey through life. May you find strength, inner wisdom and always perseverance in the pursuit of your dreams, and aspirations.
